George BillardGeorge Billard's eclectic experiences and diverse skill sets give him a unique position in the film industry. Working across cultural boundaries in every kind of environment, he has honed an ability to craft compelling, highly visual narratives in work that ranges from advertising to television and film. His proven track record in both creative and management positions is coupled with a visionary business sense. On projects large and small, in enterprises both commercial and personal, Billard consistently anticipates the future by his early adoption of developing technologies.

After graduating from Boston University's film program, Billard went on to work as producer, writer, director, cinematographer, photographer and head of his own production companies. Over the years, he has directed for clients including Toyota, Merrill Lynch, American General, Dannon, Gallo, Panasonic, Care, Warner Lambert, Revlon and Starwood Hotels.

As a cinematographer, Billard has built a substantial global film library that is available for worldwide licensing through Getty Images. To date he has acted as producer/director/cameraman in the U.S., Chile, Peru, Israel, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal, England, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Mongolia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Japan, Iceland, Vietnam, Morocco, French Polynesia, India and Easter Island. Most recently, Billard was producer/writer and director of the narrative dramatic film, Aftershock, which will be seen at festivals in 2011 & 2012
